Legal Notice

A person who employs or engages a non-registered practitioner commits an offence and is liable on summary conviction to a fine of not less than one thousand penalty units and not more than ten thousand penalty units or to a term of imprisonment of not more than twenty years or to both. (Section 48 (c)(e) of the Health Professions Regulatory Bodies Act, 2013 (Act 857))
