The Medical and Dental Council of Ghana ("the Council", "we", "us") is committed to protecting the privacy of practitioners, applicants, and members of the public who use mdcghana.org and our services. This policy explains what information we collect, why, and how it is handled, in line with Ghana's Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843).

How We Use Your Information

Sharing of Information

We do not sell personal information. We may share information with other health regulatory authorities, government bodies, or law enforcement where required by law, or with your employer or a member of the public solely to confirm your registration status via our practitioner verification service.

Your Rights

Under the Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843), you have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data, subject to our statutory record-keeping obligations as a regulator. To exercise these rights, please contact the Council.
