The Medical and Dental Council of Ghana is committed to protecting personal data in line with the Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843), and to public access to information in line with the Right to Information Act, 2019 (Act 989).

Right to Information (RTI)

Under the Right to Information Act, 2019 (Act 989), members of the public may request access to information held by the Council, subject to the exemptions set out in the Act.

Making a Request

RTI requests should be submitted in writing to the Council's Information Officer, stating the information requested and your contact details. Requests can be sent to info@mdc.gov.gh or delivered in person to the Council's offices.
