Temporary Registration is for foreign-trained practitioners or practitioners engaged for a specific period or purpose in Ghana.
Important Notice
Documents must be vetted BEFORE payment
Payment is only made after successful vetting
Uploads must not exceed 2MB
All documents must be in English (or translated)

2 Letters of Reference (8 years practice / PMO)
Registration Fees (after vetting)

Letter from Regional Director of Health Services
Evidence of Employment / Engagement

Any photograph that does not conform will be rejected

Upload required documents
Submit and receive temporary code
Print the Completed Form
Return to the portal
Enter email and temporary code
Review and print form
Vetting Before Payment
Submit documents to MDC office
Wait for vetting approval
Payment is made ONLY after vetting
Payment
Pay into MDC Ecobank account
Present pay-in slip to Accra, Kumasi, or Tamale offices
Cash payment NOT accepted

- •Enter amount to be paid (Specific Amount to be paid)
- •Enter Description (Specific Description starting with your Name and the purpose of payment. e.g. Dr XXXXX - Registration)
- •Select 1 to confirm payment
- •Enter mobile money pin to approve transaction
- •You will receive a confirmatory text message
- •Take a snapshot of the confirmatory message
- •Then go onto the practitioners' portal (portal.mdcghana.org) to complete your online application
- •Complete the application form online by following the prompts
- •After completing the form click the Next button, and upload a snapshot of the MOMO pay confirmatory message
