Who This Is For
Permanent Registration is for practitioners who have successfully completed supervised practice and are fully licensed to practice medicine or dentistry in Ghana.
Requirements
Diploma(s) Certificate(s) – Certified copies (Originals available for inspection)
Passport Photograph
Two letters of reference (8 years in practice and in good standing)
Payment of registration fees
Certificate of Good Standing / Current License (if not provisionally registered)
Curriculum Vitae (if not provisionally registered)
Photograph Requirements
In colour
Taken within the last 6 months
Plain white or off-white background
Full-face view
Neutral facial expression
Official attire
Any photograph that does not conform will be rejected

Upload required documents
Submit and receive temporary code
Print the Completed Form
Return to the portal
Enter email and temporary code
Review and print form
Payment and Submission
Pay into MDC Ecobank account
Attach pay-in slip
Submit documents to MDC office
Cash payment is NOT accepted

- •Select 1 (Merchant Payments)
- •Select 1 (Pay Merchant)
- •Enter Till Number (32632565)
- •Enter amount to be paid (Specific Amount to be paid)
- •Enter Description (Specific Description starting with your Name and the purpose of payment. e.g. Dr XXXXX - Registration)
- •Select 1 to confirm payment
- •Enter mobile money pin to approve transaction
- •You will receive a confirmatory text message
- •Take a snapshot of the confirmatory message
- •Then go onto the practitioners' portal (portal.mdcghana.org) to complete your online application
- •Complete the application form online by following the prompts
- •After completing the form click the Next button, and upload a snapshot of the MOMO pay confirmatory message
